Registration Instructions:

• Begin by selecting one of the above choices.

• On the next screen, enter a quantity and “Add to Cart”.

• Provide the information on the form and again select “Add to Cart”.

• Review your “Order Summary” where you can adjust “Qty” and “edit details”.

• If you are satisfied with your selection continue to provide information requested and continue with checkout.

• But if you wish to add additional selections, click “Panchiaki Korais Society of New York”, return to the homepage and click “Gala-2025” to return to the selections where you can proceed with the next selection as described above.

• Please note that three of the sponsorship opportunities include tickets for the dance. For instance, if you purchase a “Sponsor” Level Sponsorship, and you plan on attending with a total of four people, you need to purchase only two additional tickets.

• You only need to enter information on one form as long as it provides the names of all the attendees and any special instructions/requests.

• Special instructions may include requests to be seated at tables with other registrants or to have young adults sit separately.

• We cannot guarantee but will try our best to accommodate any requests.
